Who is behind Crescendo?

After a university degree in environmental studies, working on preservation projects on the French-Italian border, a climbing instructor’s qualification and having two jobs, my desire for sharing and passing on my passion for climbing won : I became a full-time climbing and canyoning guide!

climbing guide, canyoning guide

My professional activities are now split between teaching and coaching climbing, at the local club and on courses (on all terrains from bouldering to multi-pitch routes) and, during the summer, guiding canyoning, climbing and via-ferrata trips.

The aim of Crescendo escalade is to offer you different outdoor activities – climbing and canyoning experiences -, to guide you in your progression, to show you the beautiful sites the area has to offer and to prepare you for being amazed time and time again by the amount of pleasure climbing and canyoning can give.

Climbing courses in the South of France…

I offer climbing courses and huge trips for beginners and experienced climbers who want to improve, or become autonomous. The south of France offers various sites : Calanques, Verdon, Annot, Alpes, where you can climb on many different types of stone and different styles of climbing from bouldering to multi-pitch routes.

… or vertical activities in the Southern Alps

I also offer half-day or day-long outdoor activities climbing, canyoning and via-ferrata trips starting out from our base around Guillestre, Embrun, Vallouise and Briançon – Southern Alps. The area – Ecrins and Queyras – has a great range of sites perfect for everybody, from discovery experiences for families or groups of friends to more challenging experiences, pushing yourself further and higher…….. crescendo.
